Main responsibilities:
Leading the department with two main functions – digital promotion (Rx and OTC) and omnichannel infrastructure building:
- Being responsible for digital strategy for all customers (HCPs, patients)
- Developing digital product (web-portals, chatbot, etc.) and projects (online-events, product launch activities, etc.), partnerships
- Supporting product teams in marketing initiatives
- Implementing omnichannel strategy in cross-functional teams
- Participating in global and local initiatives both in frames of promotion and transformation
- Budgetary planning and control
- Organizing digital trainings, keeping coworkers up to date with the latest digital trends and best practices
Requirements to a candidate:
- 5+ experience in digital marketing function in the leading role
- Strategic thinking
- Innovative approach
- Experience in cross-functional projects
Desirable skills and knowledge:
- Experience in pharmaceutical business
- HCP and patient omnichannel strategy experience
