В Kaspersky требуется Head of Digital Product Management.

 

Role summary
As the Head of Digital Product Management, you will support the Director of Digital Enablement with the vision, strategy, design, and execution of digital products that enables company`s global business to maximize digital sales and digital lead generation.
Working with a Digital management team and colleagues across the wider organisation, the role will help to transform company`s digital capabilities required to support and drive financial and operational improvements through the delivery of improved digital experience. You will drive a customer-centric approach to digital product development.
The role will provide leadership and direction of the Digital Product Management team, ensuring the capability is at the required standard to support company`s digital ambitions. You will coordinate digital product development at a high level, as well as lead development/enhancement of digital capabilities.

 

Areas of responsibility:

Digital Product Vision & Roadmap:

  • Working across the organisation to understand business and customer needs, creating the vision for relevant digital capabilities that improves customer (external and internal) experiences
  • Identify gaps or missing digital experiences that should be improved or implemented to drive incremental sales and leads
  • Shaping, managing and prioritising the roadmap for a portfolio of digital products and capabilities, from strategic planning to tactical activities, translating them into cross-team actionable plans to improve the digital experience
  • Ensuring solid business cases support initiatives on the roadmap, keeping business value delivery as the core focus, as well as improving the digital experience and operational efficiency
  • Defining product strategies, ensuring alignment of plans with key stakeholders and is signed off with the senior management team

Product Management:

  • Overall responsibility for driving our digital capabilities through conception, planning, high-level prioritisation of backlogs, development, release, early adoption and continuous enhancement
  • Establish and instill governance and best practices to digital product management and continuous improvement process
  • Represent the customer by considering the audience at every stage of digital product development, using market and customer insights for deep understanding
  • Establish KPI reporting to monitor the effectiveness of digital products and capabilities, tracking business case realisation, and reporting performance of the digital product roadmap for senior management
  • Evangelise and create a culture across the organisation that values the role of Digital Product Management, coaching members of the Digital Product Management team

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Build close relationships with a global set of stakeholders to understand their needs and goals, influencing activities to maximise the return
  • Champion and articulate the product vision and strategy when managing stakeholder expectations and requirements
  • Be the business expert in your field using knowledge of Kaspersky, market trends and latest technology to challenge and innovate
  • Ensure alignment of plans with key stakeholders, and plans are signed off with the senior management team
  • Work closely with senior management team to provide status, action plans and recommendations

 

Experience required:

  • 10+ years of experience in digital/eCommerce industry
  • 7+ years of Product Management experience
  • Proven track record of translating business strategy into digital strategy and shaping digital product vision and roadmap
  • Extensive experience of digital proposition development and delivery – including business cases creation and validation
  • Solid technology understanding with ability to communicate effectively with the delivery teams and communicate clearly back to business stakeholders
  • Blend of business, technical and management skills, with strong understanding of customer experience, eCommerce, digital marketing, and new trends and technologies that can be harnessed for better results
  • Strong working knowledge of best practices and processes to support digital growth

Competencies required:

  • Strong business judgement, planning, and management skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Strong influencing and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work effectively with and ensure alignment across cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project or similar
  • English proficiency at Advanced level
  • Hands on experience with agile methodologies highly desired
