Position description:
- Participate in developing of Digital agenda in the company in tight collaboration with businesses, product owners, and top management
- Own applications landscape and its development roadmap (own, maintain, keep up to date)
- Partner business — understand and formalize business needs, articulate Digital agenda to the business
- Prepare and support Digital Projects Portfolio and individual applications development strategy
- Manage Digital team — 2-4 persons, analysts, business partners, etc.
- Keep necessary staffing level to meet business needs.
- Playing coach — take ownership of one or few key business applications (PIM, CRM, etc.)
- Analyze business processes in tight collaboration with business departments
- Ongoing management of business demand in target area
- Balancing business needs of different internal customers
- Manage projects related to these applications
- Be ambassador of owned applications to the rest of the company
- Manage 3rd party suppliers and internal teams in regards of development and support
- Organize and formalize applications lifecycle — development, support, discontinuation
- Ensure proper security level in projects and applications, according to company’s standards
- Own Digital IT budget
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years of experience in project management, business partnering or digital management
- Experience in projects and portfolio management is significant plus
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Passion to move things forward and achieve targets
- Excellent business knowledge, speaking with business in their own language
- Ability to analyze business processes and propose best solution
- Knowledge of sales processes, product management processes in large international companies
- Experience in translating business requirements into technical language
- Experience in managing 3rd party suppliers and vendors
- Good time management
- Good knowledge of IT trends, IT systems and applications (ERP, BI, Digital, business apps)
