About The Role:
- Leads Digital Transformation of organization, engaging and inspiring cross-functionally
- Develops and implements the Eastern Europe Digital Strategy, including building channel ambition and strategic areas of focus to align with current partners and growth opportunities within the market
- Supports Partners and cluster teams with digital plans & targets and ambition
- Leads The Digital Commerce team of EE, including e-commerce and e-commerce marketing
- Establishes Eastern Europe within leading global markets of Digital Commerce
- Manages multiple projects and stakeholders, engaging across internal and external leadership teams
- Nurtures the relationship with global and international digital teams of Diageo
- Ensures Budget effectiveness
- Ensures superior digital brand presence vs competitors

About You:
- 7+ experience in Customer/Brand/Digital Marketing or Sales
- Past ecommerce and/or digital marketing experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Business or other associated field
- Fluent English
- Proven record of influencings skills and managing multiple stakeholders across senior levels
- Proven record of leading and developing teams
- Project management experience
- Confident user of MS Office
- Negotiations skills will be beneficial
- Experience of working with different markets and cultures
