Company is looking for:
- This role requires expertise in combining multiple areas, including product design, communication design, 3D design, and motion design

Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with brandbook standards for product groups and collaborate with product teams
- Manage the visual component of products with the Product Designer Lead
- Oversee the creation of brandbooks and visual communications
- Organize continuous development and improvement of brandbooks during product development
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as Head of Design & Brand in a similar role
- Experience in managing a team of 8+ people, including recruitment, hiring, and design competency development
- Proficiency in supervising the identity of insurance product groups, communication design, and brandbook
- Portfolio or Behance profile link in the resume
