Cardpay is a rapidly expanding Fintech company based in Cyprus and is rapidly expanding in Asia Pacific. Cardpay is a principal member of major international card schemes and offers best in segment products and solutions to customers. Cardpay have multiple offices across the Asia Pacific and are hiring in multiple countries. Cardpay is looking for a qualified Graphic Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for creating compelling visual content across all communication channels to help us achieve our business goals. Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with creative background and extensive graphic design experience. Ultimately, you should be able to oversee all creative marketing initiatives to ensure customer engagement, visual consistency and a positive perception of Cardpay brand by target audience.

Responsibilities

• Design concepts and produce innovative digital and print content
• Apply and adapt these concepts to multiple mediums and platforms that includes events, social media, presentations, video, animation, infographics, customer emails, corporate cards, etc.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, IT and design teams to plan and develop website content, style and layout
• Work closely with Event and Content manager to ensure consistency of communication and visual identity across all channels and geographical region
• Adapt copy and images to multiple languages
• Supervise external creative agencies and vendors on as-needed basis

 

Experience and mindset

• Hands on experience with graphic design suites — Adobe, InDesign, Sketch, Zeplin, etc.
• Basic knowledge of Content Management Systems and web publishing
• Working knowledge of English
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer either from the agency or a client side
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Basic knowledge of HTML, animation, motion graphics and dynamic design
