RENAULT is searching for a Head of Department Services Delivery.
Main tasks:
Provide and guarantee the implementation of the tasks and functions of the Information Technology Department in terms of organizing the automation of business processes of the functional domain of its responsibility (Industrial systems; Technical support for Renault Russia and CIS users, as well as Alliance partners; Users Support, HW purchase, development and assets management of servers, computer and office equipment, as well as network environment and video conferencing and other systems).
Maintain and develop information systems and equipment of the company in accordance with the methods of work of local and central functional users.
Consolidate, formalize and assess the needs of functional domain users as part of their implementation in information systems.
Provide (knowledge of the functional perimeter, skills, competencies, etc.) the annual planning of projects for the entrusted domain, including, but not limited to, collecting business needs, analysis, planning and protection in front of directors of directorates.
Manage your budget, draw up an annual plan of projects and track the implementation of key KPIs for spending and income on a monthly basis.
Build relationships and effective business partnerships with all directors at the entrusted perimeter.
Necessary knowledge, skills and experience:
Education — higher (specialized in information systems or its functional domain).
Work experience: 5 years as a manager of information systems implementation or organization of functional domain working methods at least 5 years of experience in IT and infrastructure projects; experience in implementation / maintenance / support of information systems, deputy of CTO / CIO. Experience in servers and networks environment support in large Western and/or matrix oriented companies.
Knowledge of foreign languages — English (Upper-intermediate).
