В ресторанную корпорацию Yum! Brands требуется Head of Demand & Supply Planning Division.

 

The main purpose of the job:

  • Focuses on Demand&Supply Planning function to manage and improve the planning process of whole chain, policies and procedures for supply and distribution functions for suppliers’ community, distribution and restaurants Equity and Franchise.
  • Identify, evaluate, present and manage implementation of profitable, innovative and healthy business solutions to catch up sales growth opportunities in planning areas of Supply, Finance, Operations, Purchasing.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication in cross-functional areas of business
  • Manage planning process in line with Supply Chain Management Department strategy and vision so as to achieve the high customer service level at optimal cost.
  • Follow, review, develop, approve and implement policies and procedures which lead to optimization of planning process, reduction of stock value, increase of stock turnover ratio, make decision undertaking process in the position area of responsibility accurate and efficient.
  • Provide opportunities for personnel development, through continuous knowledge and expertise sharing within the department, with co-operational departments, within the unit and outside the unit, when necessary, through professional training’s.
  • Being the main “Business Owner” of Demand&Supply planning process, support, encourage and provide valuable input for new projects that expand planning capabilities and efficiency of the business as a whole, and Supply Chain Management Department in particular.
  • Provide input and support other projects that bring value to the business.
  • Maintain and develop effective and efficient communication within department and with co-operational departments, divisions and business units. Optimize and manage communicational interfaces by time, and cost effective manner.
  • Initiate, develop, support and approve projects that increase efficiency of planning division and information shearing with related departments.
  • Guarantee overall integrity of supply planning process and policies with other unit’s policies and procedures (S&OP, S&F, Risk Management, etc.). Foresee, identify and eliminate discrepancies in business integrity.
  • Take a proactive part and responsibility for the high caliber and business development potential associates’ recruitment.

 

Key Activities: Functional complex of SC management will include:

  • S&OP process management
  • Demand Planning,
  • Supply Planning,
  • Inventory targeting and control every link through whole chain

 

Key goals:

  • Lead Sales&Operational Planning Process\meetings in company.
  • Highlight variances between Demand Plan and Commercial Goals\Financial Budget and seek for consensus which result in an agreed Final Demand Plan.
  • Formulate and implement practices and processes which will integrate supply chain planning lead to incremental value.
  • Integrate all supply chain partners planning, including restaurants (equity and franchise) and suppliers.
  • Provide a balance restaurant demand with supply in order to communicate necessity of ensured delivery of goods to maximize sales, minimize inventory level, increase return on assets and improve the business’ responsiveness.
  • Lead Project of implementation Planning part in ERP system.
  • Build Planning capabilities (organization and technology, human resources).
  • Ensure effectiveness the final forecasts based on input from operations, marketing and historical data.
  • Create and communicate a set of common Demand&Supply planning metrics of actual vs. planned performance (sales forecast, purchase price variance, inventory levels and accuracy, etc.).
  • Ensure the timeliness, completeness and accuracy of all SYSTEM transactional data;
  • Lead the team; provide ongoing training and coaching for employees in aspects of management, S&OP, data integrity and analysis, etc.
  • Foster a climate of continuous personal/professional development;
  • Manage the relationship with key service providers.
