A well-known international retail company is looking for a Head of demand planning and logistics.
Responsibilities:
Coordination of the process of short-term and long-term planning of the production of retail and wholesale sales of goods through the official dealer network
Planning distribution of goods, placing orders for their replenishment and tracking deliveries, including control of related costs
Implementation of delivery monitoring, analysis of delivery results
Coordination and control of contractors work
Preparation of quarterly and monthly reports on sales, supplies, expenses, etc.
Team management (6 people): team building, training, development and motivation, coordination of work, setting tasks and monitoring performance
Interaction with the company’ s departments in Russia, with the company’ s divisions abroad, in the company’ s production plant in Russia, contractors, dealers (consumers of the company’ s products)
Requirements:
Higher education
Work experience of at least 3 years as the Head of the demand planning and/or logistics department in a large company
Knowledge of logistics and brokerage schemes, organization of international and domestic cargo transportation
English Advanced
Analytical mindset, ability to systematize and draw conclusions based on the information received
Ability to work with large amounts of information
Advanced MS Office user (knowledge of Excel at the advanced user level).
