Who the company is looking:
The ideal candidate will be a proactive person with strong sales & negotiation and management skills, Fluency in English language, has solid sales experience in IT;
The Head Of Demand Generation is responsible for provides daily operations management of the inbound / outbound telemarketing call response and lead qualification functions. Develops and implements a comprehensive strategy that maximizes opportunities across all products and product lines.
Duties:
Lead generation in NA, LATAM, & Europe;
Reach quota in the quantity of Sales Accepted & Sales Qualified Leads, as well as forecasted Monthly Recurring Revenue;
Oversees coordination of digital, field, content and other marketing activities with the marketing team, align it with the market demand & feedback;
Coordinate outbound activities with sales team; work closely with Head of Sales to maximize SAL-to-SQL conversion rate;
As a part of account-based marketing activities, perform campaigns for target profiles: C-level & VPs in almost all industry verticals worldwide;
Manage and improve inbound lead scoring & qualification process; ensure that reach time for the new inbound lead is in line with company standards;
Arrange contact research and data validation process; work with 3rd party providers of leads & contact databases;
Design call scripts & constantly improve the quality of emails, LinkedIn messages & sales calls performance;
Manage, together with BDR Team Lead, an in-house team of telesales business representatives development:
Ensures reaching daily / weekly / monthly targets in quantity and conversion rate of emails, LinkedIn messages & calls;
Participates in the recruiting process and make hiring / firing decisions;
Coaches staff, create a product, sales, and business function training programs;
Design & implement the motivation system (C&B, competitions, gamification);
Arrange staff professional and career development.
Launching telemarketing projects in the different regions through third parties agencies; negotiating with providers, training their staff, approving scripts;
Constant generation of ideas and strategies in order to increase sales volume;
Manage the team budget.
Hard skills and qualifications:
At least 3-year experience in a relevant position;
Work with NA or EU or LATAM or APAC markets is a must;
Management of a team 10+ people;
Fluency in English (C1 and higher);
Experience in online networking via LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.;
Experience in cold calling and emailing;
Work experience in the IT companies and understanding of the modern web and mobile market.
