Крупная торговая сеть METRO AG приглашает присоединиться к своей команде Head of Demand and Supply Planning.
Responsibilities:
To manage demand and supply planning function through building optimal and cost-effective organizational processes in the company
To determine the consequences and risks of decisions using mathematical methods, metrics and tools tailored to the needs of company, customers and the market in order to support business planning and company profitability.
Propose and implement best cost effective solutions in the field of demand and supply planning;
Direct responsibility for planning and forecasting to improve and drive Supply Chain and Logistics processes and increases customer service levels.
Requirements:
University degree, preferable in Logistics, Finance, Economy, Business administration;
Minimum 5 — 7 years working experience in Supply Chain Management;
Advanced knowledge of logistics instruments, methods and processes, statistical analysis, planning;
Expert of analytical information provision of Supply Chain projects;
Experience and expertise in developing and implementing of cost-effective demand and supply planning strategy;
Leadership experiences of at least 3 years;
Good knowledge about logistics, financial management, category management (and buying) expertise and experience as a plus;
FMCG category and Retail experience as a plus (pricing, category management, logistics, retail, distributors / wholesale companies as an advantage);
Is an excellent team player
Energetic and driven with a real hands on approach to the job;
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, assertive but not aggressive;
Diplomatic personality with strong ability.
