• Total number of applications in the portfolio is 80+;
• Geographical distribution of projects across Russia, Ukraine, Bulgaria, Romania and Poland;
• Size, complexity, technologies, and maturity of projects vary greatly.
• Many of the customer’s representatives are located in UK, US and Germany.
Responsibilities
Building effective delivery organization
Managing staff augmentation and fixed-price projects
Client facing/account management
Active pre-sales
Account financial forecasting

Must have
Strong management experience (software engineering / IT project management/product development and implementation )
