Novartis’ team is looking to hire a Head of Data Management.
Novartis is a global healthcare company based in Switzerland that provides solutions to address the evolving needs of patients.
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Data management, SISO/SIT process execution, governance and insights, S&OP process support.
Ensuring of transparency and integrity of information through the commodity distribution chain.
Own business requirements development and change requests management for BI platforms deployment.
Owning self-service BI approach for the company.
Regular and ad-hoc reporting on data and business insights.
Lead in-house data management and BI team.
What you’ll bring to the role:
Strong commercial acumen (preferable- with pharmaceutical industry)
Knowledge and experience with building a company’s key performance indicators system
Experience with project management for corporate reporting system development
Data governance implementation and support, understanding of Data management principles, roles, processes and systems
English language — fluent
