Midea is looking for a Head of D2C E-commerce.
Responsibilities:
Development of own stores and marketplaces by best shopper experience, right assortment, and clear D2C strategy;
Product owning and performance marketing management;
Ensuring continuous growth of brands within own channels;
Understanding the key needs and requirements of shopper and business, creating an improvement plan with delivery and marketing teams;
SI / SO scheduling + forecasting;
Achieving sustainable results both independently and by building a strong execution with marketplaces;
Increase channel profitability and ensure investment efficiency;
Ensure monthly / quarterly / annual fulfillment sales plan (sell-in & sell-out) of respective product categories (DA) and reports on results regularly;
Create the annual sales & margin plan based on deep customer understanding, category dynamics and activations overview;
Coordinate and involve all internal functions and necessary resources to obtain the objectives.
Requirements:
Basic understanding of e-commerce tools (performance marketing, digital media, m-Commerce, technology, content & site management, digital design, analytics) and their connection to operations, fulfillment, merchandising, inventory management;
Ability to understand and manage optimal product and account PnL;
Knowledge of eCom metrics and the ability to operate with them, knowledge of GTM/GA/YM/Google Data Studio;
Experience in planning and conducting promotions in eCom, ability to calculate ROI, knowledge of the most effective promotion tools in eCom;
Knowledge of English upper-intermediate or above (the ability to create presentations in English and communicate with colleagues);
Knowledge of the home appliance market will be an advantage.
