Wisebits is looking for a Head of Customer Support.

 

Responsibilities:

Ensure the company is providing the best possible levels of customer service
Optimize and improve the existing team structure, team development, current processes
Recruiting, training, and performance management
Be proactive in addressing trends, issues, or suggestions
Monitor and drive key metrics that ensure the quality of our service

 

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills in English (written & spoken)
5+ years of experience working in customer support, B2C technology-based products or services preferred
2+ years of people management experience leading a team
Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g. Product, and Engineering)
A passion for improving the world through education
