Food Rocket is a San Francisco-based FoodTech startup that provides the fastest grocery delivery in the US, promising door-to-door delivery within 10-15 minutes of placing an order. Its business model is based on AI-enabled technologies to manage inventory, forecast demand, and optimize delivery time by predicting the closest micro fulfillment center that offers the fastest delivery time and the lowest fulfillment and delivery cost. The startup is competing with the biggest players in the market - DoorDash, GoPuff, Amazon Fresh, InstaCart.
Job Description:
Customer Support team provides support to customers and is the first voice of Food Rocket. On top of that, it is company`s mission to provide the best service and experience possible. This role will provide significant operational & strategic customer care knowledge and in-depth knowledge to build scalable processes to ensure successful performance and excelled customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- You will ensure as a part of central operations customer service teams operate smoothly and efficiently
- You will be in charge of analyzing improvement potentials across processes
- You will implement and share best practices across teams
- You will prepare and build scalable workflows and tools for customer support
Requirements:
- You have gained great experiences in a fast scale environment
- You bring expertise in building processes and know what it takes to deliver a world-class customer care experience
- You see yourself as an entepreneur, passion to build something unique gets you on fire every day
- You have at least 3-5 Years of experience in leading big customer support teams across multiple markets
