COREX Logistics is an international clinical trial supply and logistics company delivering innovative solutions to the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors. COREX Logistics is currently looking for a Head of customer support department to join its growing team.

 

Requirements:

Experience in 3PL logistics and experience in managing a customer support department;
Experience and understanding of clinical research processes (PM, Regulatory Affair, Study Coordinator) is a plus;
Successful experience in department management (from 5 people);
Experience in process automation;
English, fluent level;
Experience in income forecasting;
Experience in preparing department budget.

 

Brief description of responsibilities:

Team management, its growth development;
Setting up all business processes of the department;
Participation in the automation of the company’s business processes;
Formation of forecasts for quantitative and financial indicators;
Creation and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures;
Training and coaching of personnel;
Participation in the development of a motivation system for employees of the department;
Participation in attracting clients, protecting projects;
Participation in public events of the company.
