Now the company is looking for a Head of Customer Success.
What you will be doing:
Ensure AmazingHiring customer portfolio retention is high by driving proactive approach to Customer Success
Hire, onboard, coach and manage our Customer Success team
Manage internal CS management platform
Develop key customer success plans and review progress during QBR’s
Drive our product development strategy
Cooperate with marketing team on Product Marketing strategy: create efficient learning materials, run product webinars, host customer events online and offline
Requirements:
Consistent track record (6+ years) of proven success in HR/recruitment or sales/customer success in a dynamic, start-up environment
Experience with building and managing a team
You know how to build trust and communicate effectively with C-Suite and Director-level contacts, along with day-to-day users of the software
You consider project management a strength, you are self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas
Interest in the HR Tech space; you are going to become a subject matter expert quickly and continue to deepen your product and industry knowledge over time
Own tech recruitment experience is highly desirable, but not required
