HypeAuditor is a SaaS company offering complex solutions to brands, agencies, and platforms working with influencers. The company is looking for a Head of Customer Success and Support Department.

 

Responsibilities:

Manage and expand the existing customer success and customer support departments.

Build processes that will make HypeAuditor customer success and support services the best in the industry.

Improve customer retention and satisfaction.

Build enterprise level of customer success.

 

What the company expects from you:

English language (C1 / C2).

Any second C1 / C2 level language (Spanish, French, German).

Strong management skills.

Customer support / success management experience in SaaS company.

Strong International experience.

Perfect motivator.

Desire to move up and grow with the company.

Analytical skills and strong desire to evolve in IT.

The ability to work well with others.

Good problem-solving skills.

Energy, enthusiasm, and motivation.

The ability to learn quickly.
