В производственную компанию Сименс технологии газовых турбин требуется Head of Customer Service.

 

Responsibilities:

Leads Siemens Energy service business in Russia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kirgizstan, Tadzhikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine and Uzbekistan as Head of SGTT Customer Service;
Heads overall Service organization (>100 employees), and leads management of all Service related business functions: Sales, Project Management, Field Service, Service Engineering, Digitalization & Service Business Development, QEHS, Power Diagnostics Center, Strategic Warehouse & Tool Maintenance Center and Service Center (GT blade & vane repair and refurbishment workshop)
Has P&L responsibility with average annual revenue of 100’0 Mil. Euro;
Defines, decides and ensures implementation of related strategy, policies and guidelines;
Sets budget targets according to market data, company infrastructure and business development;
Ensures the achievement of Service business goals in close cooperation with global Siemens Energy Service organization;
Acts as ultimate point of escalation to drive sustainable solutions of mission critical issues and problems;
Develops, adapts and implements effective organizational forms, procedures and processes taking into account applicable legal norms and policies of the company in order to optimize the business;
Drives and influences overall innovation in anticipation of customer needs as reflected in SGTT’s strategic roadmap, and significantly impacts business results.

 

What is needed to qualify this job:

High education (technical is preferable);
Knowledge of large rotating equipment (e.g. large gas turbine technologies, steam turbines and generators);
Relevant experience at the same position from 5 years;
Essential safety and health requirements;
Essential requirements of occupational safety and health, industrial and fire safety, environmental protection;
Occupational safety and health standard — ISO 45001 (replaces OHSAS 18001), environmental management standard ISO 14001, and quality management standard ISO 9001;
Regulation on internal order and other local standard regulations of the company;
Russian – Fluent. English at a professional level (Advanced). German is preferable.
