About The Role:
Ensure the excellent customer service is provided to the Company’s customer base from the order processing till the order delivery. Manage product delivery to the Company’s warehouses in a timely and cost-efficient manner. Support all the Company departments with the operational data analysis and forecasts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the full process of order processing and delivery on a high-quality level
- Own credit control and Account Receivables
- Supervise logistics and order delivery
- Control and manage stocks in Company’s warehouses and provide the necessary information for Demand Planning and Production
- Follow up the product freshness and flag the necessary actions required for stock depleting
- Manage the CRM system and its further development and enhancement; be sure that the information in the system is accurate and up to date
- Provide regular analysis of sales and performance by region/customer/SKU, etc.
- Suggest the necessary promo or any other activities based on the analysis outcomes
- Develop the reporting system and deliver regular business reports
- Contribute to the NPD process with the sales and operations insides and analysis
- Contribute to the Annual Operation Planning process
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in a business/marketing-related field
- 3+ years of the relevant experience
- Knowledge of the Skincare industry is a plus
- Experience in analyzing market information, forecasting sales opportunities and business growth
- Supply chain management, business analysis experience is preferred
- Have strong analytical skills, excellent leadership abilities, results-oriented, and exceptional customer service skills
- Strong commercial and business acumen; commercially aware, highly motivated, and goal-oriented
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office Suite
- English - advanced level
