Gett’s business platform allows corporate customers to book and track transportation services across Russia and in business centers around the world.
We are looking for a qualified Head of Customer Experience Department who will lead Customer Experience department to provide best customer experience by reducing reasons for contacting customer service.
The position reports to the Chief Operating Officer.
Key Responsibilities
- Effective team management, building relationships, finding optimization opportunities with increasing workload
- Work with the product team and other departments to improve the quality of service
- Look for ways to make good use of bones and resources
- Building relationships between employees and customers as a favorite brand
Required Skills and Experience
- Higher education/Business degree
- 5+ years’ managerial experience in technology companies
- Proven experience of leading a service driven contact centre operation with experience of managing an operation through periods of significant change and optimization
- Experience in managing large teams, including managing managers
- Hires and retains A Players. Coaches people to improve performance, and prepares them for further roles
- Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, problem-solving, verbal and written communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Fluent English
