Mercedes-Benz Bank Rus is looking for a Head of Credit Risks.
Responsibilities:
- Credit Operations department leading: Retail, Corporate, Collections&Remarketing
- Ensuring Credit Operations department activities' compliance with Central Bank of Russia requirements, Credit policy of the Bank and other internal regulations of the Bank
- Development of credit risks methodology for credit risk assessment, updating of methodology (if needed)
- Project management in functional area of Credit Operations
- Development of the regulatory framework for the activities of Credit Operations
- Reporting (regular and ad hoc) within functional area of responsibility
Requirements:
- Higher diploma: banking, economic, finance
- 3+ years as the Head / Deputy Head of credit risk, methodology and assessment of credits risks
- Leadership experience with a broaden teams
- Professional knowledge in the field of credit risk management, corporate credits risks and collection/remarketing areas
- Deep knowledge of the legislative framework in the field of Finance and Banking
- Fluent English
