Travel-tech company Emerging Travel Group (Ostrovok.ru, B2B.Ostrovok, RateHawk, ZenHotels) is looking to hire a Head of Credit Control, who will lead change and raise the function of the credit department to a new level.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a high collection rate of open invoices from both international and local partners
- Developing and implementing tools to analyze and monitor accounts receivable
- Monitoring compliance with the company’s credit policy and applicable legal norms
- Managing a team of credit controllers
- Monitoring the department’s KPIs and providing a monthly team performance report
- Cross-functional communication with both internal and external stakeholders to improve partners’ payment discipline
Key Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of professional experience in credit/financial control as a manager
- Experience of automating and optimizing business processes
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of Excel on the level of an advanced user
- Advanced English
