В многопрофильную международную инвестиционную группу Finstar Financial Group требуется Head of Credit Card Business.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and communicate a business plan to approach the marketplace in Germany, and coordinate and implement team procedures, client problem resolutions and client management
- Manage a team of professionals to accomplish established goals as well as negotiate and make decisions on issues/activities having critical impact/influence on the Credit Cards across the Country
- Lead strategic product roadmaps, Credit Cards' product development and launch
- Manage day-to-day delivery, client experience, and client communication strategies as well as help the team prioritize, negotiate, and remove obstacles to achieve business results
- Drive client value propositions, positioning, segmentation, pricing, targeting, channel strategies, and competitive differentiation to drive issuing sales & balance market share
- Manage acquisition targets, product financial performance, revenue performance for the entire credit cards product spectrum across the Country
- Define and launch new products, features, and capabilities including defining the product/feature and go-to-market strategy, & upgrade existing ones to increase product relevance given changing generational mix & customer preferences in target segment. Participate in technology development and market launch activities
Requirements:
- Relocation to Germany, Berlin is obligatory
- University degree in Economics or Business Administration; MBA degree would be a plus
- At least 5 - 8 years of successful management relevant experience preferably in Credit cards (retail banking, lending, consumer finance or digital finance)
- Strong in understanding of credit cards products
- Fluent English, German is a big plus
- A self-motivated leader with a real passion to grow the business and succeed
- Commercially focused, results driven, with a strong track record of leading and developing a business
- Excellent understanding of financial reports and statements
- Proven ability to recruit, train, develop, manage, lead and measure productivity of teams
