В компанию-разработчик решений в области низкоуглеродных технологий Nova Energies требуется Head of Cost Control Group.
Компания осуществляет полный комплекс работ от разработки решений, оценки CAPEX, разработки проектной документации (pre-FEED, FEED) до реализации инвестиционных проектов (EPC/EPCm/PMC) по сокращению выбросов углекислого газа, улавливанию и хранению углерода, биоэнергетики, биохимии, производства чистого водорода, аммиака, и других проектов в области низкоуглеродных технологий.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the team of cost controllers (4 engineers)
- Participation in month-end closing
- Change Orders
- Preparation of monthly cost calculation for Client invoicing
- Liaising with Client cost control
- Collecting all necessary back up documentation and information
- Reconciliation of personnel positions for correct allocation to the projects
- Preparation of forecasts and budget monitoring to ensure that spending does not exceed approved levels
- Preparation of reports for the period (monthly & quarterly) and ad hocs reports by management request
- Assisting on reimbursement process of project costs
- Accurate maintaining of cost control databases
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics or Finance
- Not less than 5 years of experience in related field
- Advanced user of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas and functions)
- Good command of both written and spoken English
- Rigorous, details oriented
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changes
Terms:
- Flexible work schedule 5\2, 08:00-09:30 to 17:00 - 18:30, on Friday until 17:00, lunch 45 minutes
