An international consulting company is in the search of a Head of corporate university.
Expectations:
· High education in finance, preferably additional education in trainings, facilitation, coaching, finance
· Experience in workshops and facilitation for TOP teams delivery
· Understanding of financial consulting business and the role of T&D/L&D in supporting business initiatives
· Successful project management experience and implementation of changes
· Leadership potential, the ability to manage a team effectively with wide variety of tasks
· Willingness to lead and develop the team
· Initiative, high level of assertiveness, ability to build constructive relationships
· English and/or German proficiency level-advanced
· Relevant experience 3-6 years
