Key Tasks And Main Areas Of Responsibility
Development L&D system in Baltika&CEE region: launching relevant solutions to support current business initiatives
Initiate activities for supporting Drive Hive Performing Culture
Drive leadership development: redesign and launch of successor development programs, implementation the city leaders development program, mass programs for middle management
Internal training system managing through development the school of internal coaches, supporting regional training initiatives, implementation of short training formats
Regular implementation of new development products: we need new formats, fresh content, and modern communication channels
Regular implementation of changes in processes of development, evaluating and effectiveness measuring
Leading initiatives in career planning and consulting, mentoring, and coaching.
Participation in global projects in the field of L&D and talent management
T&D team development and support
Managing the T&D budget
Our Expectations
High education, preferably additional education in trainings delivery, facilitation, coaching
Experience in workshops and facilitation for TOP teams delivery
Understanding the FMCG business and the role of T&D in supporting business initiatives
Successful project management experience and implementation of changes
Leadership potential, the ability to manage a team effectively with wide variety of tasks
Willingness to lead and develop the team
Initiative, high level of assertiveness, ability to build constructive relationships with internal clients and external partners
English proficiency level-advanced
Confident user of MS Office.
