What are you going to do:
Managing the T&E function and Team:
- Build, develop and manage a Global Travel and Expense function and its team that consist of Travel, Visa Services and Expense Management;
- Provide strong leadership to subordinates and team with influence, manage remote team effectively;
- Effectively assigns work, sets priorities, reviews results, provides performance feedback, sets goals aligned with company priorities, helps team develop to their full potential
- Plan the recruitment plan, budgeting for the function and team;
- Establish and monitor annual and quarterly OKR.
Develop and improve T&E processes and programs:
- Create and execute the strategic T&E programs across the organization
- Analyze the current tools and processes and make recommendations for improvements
- Expand and maintain the network of various suppliers globally: strategic sourcing, selection and day-to-day supplier management
- Lead global project and negotiate deals in order to facilitate best practices
- Own all Corporate Travel processes and continuously improve them to achieve an operational efficiency
- Analyze and monitor compliance. Manage all Corporate Travel Policies, identify and implement improvements
- Manage all global AP
- Manage and build regularly analytics for T&E spend
Liaison with stakeholders:
- Build strong collaborations with internal stakeholders especially Finance, Accounting and HR teams;
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to optimize corporate spend;
- Create and develop key operational/performance metrics and report it to the upper management;
- Provide an excellent service to customers;
- Bring a highly internal customers centric approach;
- Manage the “helpdesk” inbox channels and resolve employees inquiries on expense report, payment policies, procedures and practices, incidents.
Wishes:
- 10+ years of experience in the travel industry
- 5+ years of experience in the Management of Travel and Expense
- 5+ years of leadership experience including experience managing remote teams across the globe
- Experience and proven record of negotiating with and managing suppliers
- Experience in Accounting and Finance including experience with Travel Expense analysis
- Project management experience
- Knowledge in process management methodology
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Professional & service-oriented mentality
- Exceptional problem solver and self starter
- Sabre or other GDS system skills required
- Excellent organizational skills
- Bilingual in English and Russian
