Main functions:
- Revenues, Costs of sales, Gross Margin, Sales Marketing and Administrative expenses, EBIT, EBT, Net Profit – planning and tracking;
- Control of business plan performance indicators. Development of action plans for identified deviations;
- Monthly actual closing of several business units in the company;
- Execution of business planning (long-term, medium-term, short-term);
- Production cost planning and actuals considering volumes, model range, localization level;
- Calculation and approval of projects for localization of production based on payback period of investments;
- Risk Management;
- Transfer price management;
- Cash Flow planning;
- Financial expertise of potential partners and customers;
- Management reports for Top Management of the company and Shareholders;
- Contact person for reporting requirements from Russian Ministries;
- Participation from Financial department in different company projects;
- Manage a team of 5-6 persons.
Requirements:
- 8+ years’ experience in Finance department (Controller etc.);
- 5+ years’ experience in the scope of production cost planning & tracking;
- 3+ years’ experience in Controlling leadership;
- 3+ years’ experience Managing direct reports;
- Customer centric with effective relationship building through all levels;
- Exceptional communication, organization and interpersonal skills;
- Strong business and financial acumen with effective decision making;
- Proven analytical aptitude with attention to detail and sense of urgency;
- Ability to effectively adapt and prioritize in a fast paced and deadline driven environment;
- Improvement mind set, self-motivated, independent & team player with strong initiative;
