DHL Freight Russia is looking for a Head of Contract Logistics.
As Head of Contract Logistics, you will be immediately responsible for 6 sites:
You will manage and improve the services the company provides to a customers while you develop and implement valuable customer performance measurements.
You will be responsible for leading, guiding, educating and directing your onsite leadership team to be highly effective as you will have day-to-day responsibility of warehouse operations.
You will engage with the customers to understand their needs and provide the best mutually beneficial solutions.
Importantly, you will have Profit and Loss responsibility.
General requirements:
7+ years of experience in Contract Logistics operations management.
Management experience leading front line managers.
Skilled in process management, planning and change management.
Demonstrated skill in identifying root causes of problems / issues and the ability to develop recommendations for resolution.
Ability to build and maintain effective work relationships internally and externally (customers, suppliers, etc.).
Strong knowledge of warehouse best practices, appropriate metrics and process improvements.
Experience in a customer-facing role with demonstrated experience gathering and understanding customer business requirements.
