An online marketplace for author tours in Russia and the CIS YouTravel.me has opened a position of a Head of Content Marketing.

 

They are looking for an experienced, high-energy, goal-oriented Head of Content Marketing to close the Content development process for all platforms for the Russian market.

 

Responsibilities:

Developing, implementing, and tracking strategic marketing communications — Social Media, Direct Marketing, Blog, etc. (except paid/performance marketing channels);
Developing and implementing the brand communication strategy to strengthen the youtravel.me a brand identity and promote the company’s services, activities, programs and to target audiences, promoting brand growth and expansion;
Developing market positioning and messaging for the brand;
Developing ideas for campaigns, events, marketing activities, presenting and pitching them to diverse stakeholders;
Implementing ideas and marketing activities for the brand;
Developing and executing an events marketing strategy and plan in line with the overall communications strategy, event management:
Supervising visual communications of the brand, maintaining brand standards, style, and consistency in branding, providing an advanced level of designs and visual concepts for all marketing materials including designs for collateral, videos, social media, web, data visualization, etc.;
Defining yearly marketing activation priorities, kpis, budget, measuring and reporting on campaigns performance and assessing kpis;
Leading the marketing team and cross-functional teams.

 

Requirements:

At least 5 years of working experience in the digital marketing field;
Solid experience in content marketing;
Deep knowledge of 360 marketing, with a focus on digital;
Experience in B2C, B2B2C marketing;
Background in various industries;
Excellent verbal and written English skills;
Experience in developing and launching marketing campaigns;
Skilled in different marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Tableau, etc);
Project Management skills;
High-level communication skills;
A highly analytical approach to all ranges of marketing activities;
Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment;
Superior written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, to handle cross-functionally with other teams and departments;
Must be dynamic, driven, and familiar with the agile culture;
Experience in IT and understanding the unit economy will be a huge advantage.
