What you’ll be doing:
Manage, lead and develop the C&B Team;
Build and maintain the positive and influencing relationship with the executive management and other stakeholders;
Take an active part in the automatization of the c&b processes;
Lead renewal and implementation of competitive compensation & benefits programs and policies based on employee needs and HR strategy;
Be part of building the efficient organization by proper budget controls and building organizational efficiency;
Effectively communicate C&B processes and policies to employees and stakeholders.
We expect:
You have worked in c&b management for at least 8 years;
Financial background is a plus;
You have at least 3 years of experience as a team leader;
You understand c&b processes and you are an inspiring people leader and great team player;
Higher education in economics or finance;
Result orientation and desire to build a system;
Desire to make a difference and energy & positive mindset;
Exceptional organizational and analytical skills;
Fluent English.
