В IT-компанию Waves Enterprise ищут Head of Community.
Job brief:
- Company is looking for an experienced community manager to lead community growth and engagement efforts across the Waves Ecosystem. Primarily you will lead the creation and execution of the community building strategy as well as manage and improve the existing community operations
- You’ll work on setting up and growing new community channels like Discord and Reddit. Building an ambassador program and creating the events pulses that the community will know and love
- The ideal candidate will be a great communicator, able to forge relationships and spot talent, happy to be a public face of the brand in the community, highly organized, proactive, reliable with proven experience developing web 3 communities
Responsibilities:
- Lead the creation of a community-building and engagement strategy
- Help scale and manage a team of 10+ existing community managers globally
- Establish an ambassador program that helps to develop members into active contributors to the network
- Establish the BAU events pulses for community members to engage and hear from core team members
- Help communicate ecosystem announcements and campaigns to the community channels
- Build, maintain and promote a vibrant community culture
- Actively seek out and organize community-building opportunities, including collaborations, features in media outlets, speaking opportunities, and advertising opportunities, and maintain these relationships
- Act as the voice of the community to the internal team, synthesizing feedback into actionable insights
Requirements and skills:
- Experience building, growing and leading a web 3 community
- Deep caring about community and how to foster it. You think about it, study it, and consider it an art and science
- Excellent communication, time management skills, and leadership skills
- Strong relationship building and excels at working collaboratively with cross-functional partners
- Results-driven, resourceful, detail-oriented, and highly organized
- A team player, fast learner with strong work ethics, looking to strive at what they do in a dynamic and competitive landscape
