Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the process of making relevant adaptations to global plan
- Responsible for the process of developing local 360-degree brand marketing and communications strategy management aligned with business goals
- Collaboration with HQ teams to ensure brand consistency
- Annual & quarterly budgets planning and control based on cost efficiency
- Leading the team in improving processes, driving the direction of their work to achieve business results
- Managing media planning activities and media buying
- Managing ATL/BTL launches of campaigns to the markets (360° marketing approach)
- Managing contacts with advertising agencies, shopping centers, press offices and creative freelancers
- Developing and enforcing the network with journalists, bloggers, influencers, VIPs and local celebrities
Requirements:
- Media & communication professional with experience in fashion companies and/or media agencies and/or press offices and/or communication/advertising agencies
- Curiosity, versatility, organization, proactivity and problem-solving
- Pragmatism and spirit of enterprise
- Flexibility and motivation
- Passion for the fashion world and fashion trends
- Social media and social networks knowledge
- Fluent in English
