Home Credit Bank is looking for a Head of Commercial Finance.
Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Commercial Finance to join team. As the Head of Commercial Finance, you will be responsible for a wide range of financial and operational responsibilities to ensure that the business runs efficiently and profitably.
Tasks that you will perform:
- Acting as a Finance Business Partner to the Commercial Business and Top Management Team to provide insights and support for strategic decision-making
- Leadership and sales network optimizations
- Micro level governance (Product based decisions on strategy, pricing, volume expansion etc.)
- Provide financial information, recommendations for volume growth based on Bank's liquidity levels
- Drive the Business Plan process and implement Bank's strategies
- Redesigning financial and operational processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Active participation in the creation of business strategies to increase profitability of products and return on investments
- Developing and pricing models, providing guidance / insights based on life time profitability of new products
- Monitoring local cash flow in KZ, ensuring local working capital management is optimized, and managing financing partners
- Taking the lead on key business projects as a Financial Partner, providing financial expertise and support
- Supporting the business to drive and improve performance through financial analysis and insights
- Synthesizing financial and operational data into meaningful business insights that highlight performance, risks, and opportunities
- Conducting scenario planning to find the best possible financial outcomes in terms of profitability
- Leading strategic planning efforts to set and achieve financial targets
- Developing and implementing cash flow planning processes to optimize cash management
- Developing and optimizing pricing models, conducting business cases analysis and size of line optimization
- Designing effective communication processes and information updates within Marketing, Sales, and Financial teams to reconcile departmental targets
- Deliver all internal and external financial reporting

- A higher financial and economic education
- At least 5+ years of experience
- Experience leading Finance Transformation initiatives to drive efficiency
- Proven track record in financial leadership roles
- Excellent analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across the organization
- Effective communication skills
- Passionate about driving business performance through financial analysis and insights
- English - advanced
