HEINEKEN Russia is looking for a Head of CMI.

Company is looking for a Head of CMI to lead consumer research and market intelligence.
Responsibilities:
- To provide business with applicable intelligence and insight on all CMI related data and analytics (consumer research, retail audit, shopper research, media attribution studies, brand and sales-lift analyses, econometric modelling, etc) in user-friendly and actionable form;
- To nurture and build insight-centric, data-driven culture across teams, by introducing new analytics approaches and data opportunities, and fostering a habit of test & learn;
- To Collaborate with media and digital teams to drive use and activation of CMI insights in commercial plans and campaigns;
- To drive agenda of ongoing measurement of marketing activities (with especial focus on digital) vs business impact, by researching and proposing new tools and methods of business impact measurement;
- To support ongoing optimization of plans vs gained insights, to generate incremental value from our investments;
- To negotiate terms and conditions of contracts with agencies, to approve it with purchasing department;
- To ensure effective motivation and development of the team.
Requirements:
- Higher education (Marketing or Human Science is an advantage);
- Relevant experience from 6 years in Marketing Research;
- Strong analytical and communication skills, strategic thinking, open-mindedness, curiosity;
- Strong negotiations skills;
- Extensive knowledge of consumer and market research;
- Fluent English.
