Biorasi is an award-winning contract research organization accelerating drug & device clinical development. Biorasi is looking for a Head of Clinical Operations — Eastern Europe.
Your Role
Lead the entire operations team in Russia and Ukraine, including project management, clinical operations, data science and regulatory affairs
Development of clinical research in Europe
Ensure strong communication with other managers of the Biorasi team
Act as project manager for studies carried out in the EU and maintaining positive relations with Sponsors
Supervision of staffing needs in the assigned regions for each functional area, including hiring, onboarding, coaching, employee development and retention
Provide input and support to branch managers for KPIs, performance reviews, salary adjustments and promotions for employees
Focus on quality: Ensure that Russia and Ukraine operations are always inspection ready. Manage all audits/inspections
Your Profile
Bachelor’s Degree in biomedical sciences or equivalent scientific education
Several years of experience in line management
Additional five plus years of experience in a leadership position in a CRO, previous work experience in a pharmaceutical company is a plus
Outstanding understanding of all aspects of a clinical trial including regulatory submissions (especially in Ukraine), monitoring, Project Management, Data Science, etc.
Fluent in Ukrainian, Russian and English
Motivational management style; ability to raise performance of individual direct reports as well as the team as a whole
Hands-on mentality with high energy and passion.
