В международном банке Skandinavska Enskilda Banken (SEB) открыта позиция Head of Client Service Department.
Responsibilities:
- Department activity management: planning, organization and control in accordance to department responsibilities;
- Providing high quality customer service and advisory in all CM related matters (large corporate clients);
- KYC procedure execution (Large corporates and Financial institutions);
- Account opening execution and Client’s activities support (consultation procedures, documentation etc.);
- Preliminary legal analysis of the documents for opening/closing accounts, acceptance new Signature cards, apply changes in Client’s data;
- Deposit agreements (Term deposit, Overnight, positive balances) opening and support;CM products support (Customs card, Corporate card, MT940, Bulk payments, Cash-pool).
Requirements:
- Higher education in finance/economics/management;
- English (Upper Intermediate level and higher);
- Extensive knowledge of CM products for corporate clients;
- Extensive knowledge of KYC process;
- Experience in working with the operational/administrative/regulatory banking setup and procedures;
- Leadership, good communication skills;
- Client-oriented approach.
