xpate is searching for a Head of Client Relations.
What you’ll be working on:
Team management and processes development;
Active participation in creating a professional and close-knit team — you are ready to share knowledge with the team and mentor colleagues;
Helping clients at all stages of cooperation (onboarding, integration, live);
Getting to know the company, opening a client, supporting his work and resolving emerging issues, advising on necessary services — we expect you to become the best friend of our clients;
Onboarding new clients;
Communication with clients and up-sells.
What you need to succeed in this role:
Experience in working with clients in the financial sector is important, as you will need to get involved in the work quickly;
Experience in managing up to 5 people in the team;
Excellent knowledge of russian and english — you will need to communicate with clients both verbally and in writing;
