Professional experience and functional expertise:
- Minimal 3 years of relevant work experience in Logistics business, preferable for Russia and China
- Solid experience of working in Logistics both on a conceptual and operational levels
- Sales experience in Chinese and CIS market
- Solid negotiation skills for get optimised rates and terms for carriages (Top-to-Top, with Chinese Logistics Companies and Chinese Exporters of goods)
- Innovative approach to conflict and issue management
- Good understanding of expedition logistics business - LTL, FTL, FCL, LCL, air and sea freight, exports issues
- In-depth knowledge of Chinese customs and tax legislation
- Extensive knowledge of planning with strong customer focus
- Understanding 3PL’s, 4PL’s business model
- Strong management skills for support local team
- Proven experience in managing internal client relationships
- Deep insight into the planning process, finance procedures, quality assurance procedures
- Ability to make key logistics decisions, across the network, quickly having assessed all risks
- Bachelor’s or University degree preferably in economics or logistics
- Native Chinese, Advanced English, additionally Russian as a big advantage
