AliExpress Russia is growing rapidly and looking for a Senior commercial executive to lead Childhood/Mothercare/Kids category operations.
Tasks
You will be responsible for category sales, growing number of sellers on the platform, goods assortment and promo operations within the category.
Job Description
In charge of GMV sales and merchants recruiting in Mother&Kids/Childhood industry
Attract, develop, and educate sellers and in order to achieve GMV target
Responsible for category assortment with strong emphasise on a local market
Find new opportunities based on the current state of the industry and market trends
Creating and scheduling individual category campaigns, including new function launch support and seasonal promotional campaigns
Working closely with product and tech teams to test and implement new features
Coordinate cross-functional teams, and communicate with internal and external parties, while meeting tight deadlines.
Requirements
8+ years of marketing, sales and related experience in maternity/kids/youth product industries. Experience in B2C platform merchant management and category management preferred
Experience in Mother&Kids industry will be a big plus. Familiar with internal operation and process behind branding. Can view and oversee branding development with a business owner’s acumen
Strong skill set in product data analysis, category planning and supply chain management
Ability to analyze data and develop new market opportunities. Excellent knowledge of MS Office and various information systems
Good English skills and solid background in business negotiation
Excellent project management ability, good at integrating internal and external resources
Experience with employee development, coaching and training
