Large Financial Group is looking for a Head of Change (Business Management & Development).
Responsibilities:
Be responsible for the whole Change management framework
Manage the team of Business Management, Project Management, Business Analysis
Actively participate in Strategy execution, facilitate Strategy alignment across multiple teams
Integrate information from all units to assess whether the organization is achieving its strategic objectives
Manage the interdependencies among projects, programs and portfolios
Help to provide resources
Monitor compliance with organizational processes
Provide guidance and project governance
Provide centralized communication about the projects, prioritize projects
Guarantee deadlines
Requirements:
University Degree in Economics or Finance or Math
Over 10 years of experience in Financial Services
Not less than 5 years in brokerage / investment banks or related to them
Knowledge of digital trends and IT solutions for the financial sector
Leadership and people management
English – fluent.
