An award-winning online game developer and publisher Wargaming is looking to hire a Head of Center Operations.
Job Overview
In early 2021, Wargaming will open a development hub in Vilnius. Our aim is to welcome an Senior Project Management expert to help Wargaming establish a new office location. During the next three to four years, the number of employees is expected to grow to several hundred.
What will you do?
Work with Wargaming Lithuania — General Manager, management team and business stakeholders to help ensure effective center operations
Build roadmap within country strategic framework
Support process coordination between international locations
Identify, raise and resolve operation roadblocks and timeline issues
Act as a coordinator for real estate related projects
Supports external affairs matters and interaction with partner organizations
Establish continuous process and foundation for a long-term strategic growth
Provides cross organizational support to Vilnius office employees
Support Wargaming brand awareness programs
Act as a point of contact for daily operational issues
Work with global colleagues to implement new Vilnius infrastructure that synchronizes with existing operations
Support HR team and GM, contribute on execution of global relocation efforts
What are we looking for?
Ability to communicate effectively with management and business stakeholders
In depth experience in Project Management
Excellent administrator with an eye for detail
Feel comfortable working in a fast paced and changing multicultural environment
Comfortable with quick change and managing ambiguity
Experience with local employee relations
People & Project Management Acumen
Fluent English
What additional skills will help you stand out?
Previously supported international employee relocations
Experienced knowledge of Lithuanian Labor code and trends is a plus
Ideally you will have helped set up a new work location from the beginning
Good command of Lithuanian or Russian language.
