Yum! Brands (KFC) is looking for a Head of CEE Marketing.
Job functions:
Ensure the development of CEE marketing strategy
KFC launch – New markets: Consumer insights, competition analysis and market intelligence; develop and execute marketing plan: menu and pricing, marketing calendar (innovations, EDLP); support FZs on development of media strategy & communication plans
Digital and Delivery: Drive Digital addenda from marketing side; support FZs with launch of Website and App; develop SMM strategy and guidelines for the region (jointly with YUM SMM manager); delivery channel marketing strategy development and execution control
Sales and marketing performance analyses
NPD: Work out NPD plans for the region on annual base
MARKETING BUDGET control and reporting
Leads BEST PRACTISE sharing within the region. Guarantee strategic counseling for all FZ partners, enforce level of collaboration with FZ community allowing true exchange platform
Formulate annual consumer insight pipeline on country level
Ensure efficiency and motivation of the team (YUM, FZs) by recruiting, goal setting, defining training & development actions, rewarding
Education & qualifications:
University degree (Marketing/Economy/Market Research/Social Science)
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Advanced command of Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Experience:
Minimum 6 years of experience in marketing in a global/leading FMCG / HORECA / RETAIL
Preferably role as a Marketing Manager (senior), with ability to independently initiate and lead processes A-Z
Brand Management leading multi-functional teams
Proven experience in launching brands
Proven experience with large budgets and extensive relationships with advertising agencies
