Review of salary rates;
Comparing of current salary rates with market level;
Participation in bonus scheme development for store staff and for new roles;
Administration of medical and life insurance;
Managing expats compensation package (local contracts, compensations, coordination with International Mobility Department in headquarter, tax issues, insurance);
C&B policy and procedures development;
Conduct presentations for employees on C&B topics, consulting management and HR BPs on C&B issues;
Monitoring market tendencies in C&B and Total rewards area;
Establishment of business ties with providers/consulters and ongoing liaise; tenders;
Participation in global HR and Company projects;
Organizational structure development/new roles and functions to increase the efficiency;
Strategic organizational design.
