International manufacturing company looking for Head of Compensation and Benefits.
We are looking for a responsible and mindful person to lead all C&B processes in Russia. Key responsibilities include administration of all company benefits, budgeting, HR-analytics, participation in salary review. Besides, you will be involved in consulting business in remuneration policies and programs.
What you’ll need to succeed
To be considered for this role it is important to have 5+ experience in C&B function and managerial experience. A good command of English is a must. We are waiting for candidates ready to take responsibility and work under pressure.
