Main goals and tasks:
Managing a FUNDAY retail product to increase sales, turnover, and margins.
- Planning the assortment of the FUNDAY retail network.
- Budgeting of product purchases and control of budget execution.
- Analysis of the clothing market, determining the development strategy for product groups.
- Managing the product category management Department.
- Order the collection of the clusters of stores.
- Product lifecycle management, planning and analyzing the results of promotional events.
- Interaction with the product distribution Department, initial placement of the collection, replenishment of stores.
- Interaction with the Visual Merchandising Department.
Main Requirements:
- Higher education, additional business education is desirable.
- Successful experience in international Fashion / Retail companies with a vertically integrated structure, engaged in the production and sale of casual clothing in the middle and low price segment.
- Experience in retail companies with direct operations (not franchising).
- 10+ years of experience in category management, including 5+ years as Category Management Head /Chief Merchandising Officer.
- Cross-functional experience in areas related to category management (purchasing, marketing, visual merchandising, planning, supply chains, sales).
- Experience in Russia / area of responsibility in the Russian market.
- English — Upper-Intermediate.
