Refocus is a global EdTech company. Has already changed the lives of more than 5 000 students in 7 countries. Goal is to launch 20 products in Indonesia, the Philippines, and all the countries across the Asia region.
About the Role
The Head of Career Centre will lead a global team of professionals in the career development field, creating together the most effective track for students after graduation from educational courses. Being a credible and trusted figure in a company, the Head of Career Centre will be working closely with all stakeholders.
What you will do:
- Design career development strategy that helps students to find an internship job after graduation
- Build the processes within a new unit in the company, make a flow of action in the scope of in-house career centre
- People management: hire the best talents for the several functions (personal mentors, CV reviewers, BizDevs), build effective work process for current employees
- Partner with major IT industry companies in order to fulfill the placement
What you will need:
- 5+ years of work experience in the field of HR, Career Development
- Successful experience of working with adult students
- Successful experience of leading a team of more than 10 employees
- Deep understanding of career centre functions and goals
