Joompay is a social finance app enabling seamless, secure, and lightning-fast money transfers in Europe. The company is searching for a Head of Card Payments Dispute Management.
What you’ll do:
Ownership, control and management of chargeback / fraud levels (both issuing & acquiring)
Ownership of chargeback / dispute resolution process (both issuing & acquiring)
Compliance with European requirements on Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) on PSD2 (both issuing & acquiring)
Development of the Merchants’ Reservation Policy and management of the Merchants’ reserves
Requirements:
Excellent understanding of fraud and authorisation dispute conditions
Knowledge of MasterCard and Visa liability shift rules
Experience in working with fraud, authorisation, processing error and consumer disputes
Proven track record in pre-arbitration and arbitration
English at upper-intermediate+ level
Preferred to have:
Strong analytical skills
Experience in building, running, and fine-tuning fraud prevention rules and engines
